At Kickza, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
